Bread Pizza | Quick and Easy Recipe of Pizza | Recipe No. 94

Bread Pizza is a smaller version of actual pizza which is quick, easy and tasty snack recipe. This can be perfect snack for any kind of party at your home especially kid’s party. They are huge fan of pizza and always demands pizza in parties.

Here bread works as a pizza base and mixture of finely chopped veggies is used as a toppings. The taste of bread pizza is similar as that of regular bread pizza as all the ingredients used to make regular pizza has been used to make bread pizza so there will be no change.

For making bread pizza if possible use white bread only for a base and for vegetable toppings you can use veggies of your choice. I have added onion, capsicum and cabbage. You can use homemade pizza sauce for this recipe whose recipe I have already shared. You can prepare this pizza in oven as well on tawa also.

Serving – 10-12 Bread Pizza

Ingredients –

  1. Finely Chopped Onion – 1 Cup
  2. Finely Chopped Cabbage – 1 Cup
  3. Finely Chopped Capsicum – 1 Cup
  4. Sweet Corns – ½ Cup
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tbsp.
  7. Red Chilli Flakes – ½ Tbsp.
  8. Grated Cheese
  9. Pizza Sauce
  10. Bread Slices – 10-12
  11. Butter

Instructions –

  1. Take finely chopped cabbage in a mixing bowl and add in finely chopped onion and capsicum in it.
  2. Add in sweet corns, salt, red chilli flakes and black pepper powder.
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Take one bread slice at a time and spread pizza sauce on it.
  5. Place around 2 tbsp. of vegetable mixture on sauce and grate some cheese on it.
  6. Apply butter on hot pan and place bread pizza on it and cover the pan with lid.
  7. Cook pizza till the cheese melts and bottom of the pizza gets perfectly toast.
  8. Bread Pizza is ready to be served.

Masala Papad | Fried Masala Papad | Recipe No. 93

Masala Papad is an easy and quick starter recipe in which crispy fried papad is topped with onion-tomato-cucumber mixture. Masala Papad can be prepared either from fried papad or from roasted papad also. Papad can be easily roasted in microwave by keeping it in for 30 seconds or you can roast it directly on flame using tongs. To give it a more crunch I have also added boondi and bikaji namkeen. These both ingredients are totally optional. Consume masala papad as soon as it is prepared otherwise it will become soggy.

Serving – Will Make 6 Masala Papad

Ingredients –

  1. Urad Dal Papad – 6
  2. Finely Chopped Tomatoes – 1 Cup
  3. Finely Chopped Onions – 1 Cup
  4. Finely Chopped Cucumber – 1 Cup
  5. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp.
  8. Boondi – 2 Cups
  9. Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp.
  10. Bikaji Namkeen
  11. Oil – For Deep Frying Papad

Instructions –

  1. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying papad.
  2. Deep fry papad (It will take few seconds to fry).
  3. Take finely chopped tomatoes in a mixing bowl and add in finely chopped cucumber, onions and coriander leaves and mix all vegetables.
  4. Add in red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.
  5. Add in boondi and mix all ingredients properly.
  6. Place fried papad on a plate and spread vegetable mixture on it.
  7. Sprinkle bikaji namkeen on it.
  8. Masala Papad is ready to be served.

Lemon Coriander Soup is a delicious Indo – Chinese Soup. It is very healthy soup with a mix of vegetables with lemon and coriander. It is full of Vitamin C because of lemon and full of other nutritional benefits also as lot of vegetables are used. It is one of the best Indo – Chinese soup which does not uses any type of sauce for adding the flavors. All the flavors of the soup come from natural ingredients which is very healthy for our body. I have used onion, cabbage and carrot. If you want to make it healthier you can add other vegetables also like French beans or Spinach or even Tofu can also be added.

Ingredients –

  1. Finely Chopped Onions – 1 Cup

  5. Crushed Garlic – 1 Tbsp.
  6. Finely Chopped Green Chillies – 1 Tbsp.
  7. Lemon Juice – 3 Tbsp.
  8. Salt to Taste
  9. Black Pepper Powder to Taste
  10. Oil – 4 Tbsp.
  11. Cornflour Slurry – 5 Tsp. Cornflour dissolved in 2 Tbsp. of water
  12. Water – 4-5 Cups

Instructions –

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add in finely chopped green chillies and sauté it for 1 minute.
  2. Add in crushed garlic and sauté it also for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in finely chopped onions and cook them for 2 minutes.
  4. Add in finely chopped carrot and cook them for 2 minutes.
  5. Finally add finely chopped cabbage and cook all vegetables until they are soft.
  6. Now add in salt and black pepper powder and mix.
  7. Add water and allow soup to boil.
  8. Add in lemon juice and mix.
  9. Add in cornflour slurry while stirring continuously.
  10. At last add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix
  11. Allow soup to boil for last time.
  12. Lemon Coriander Soup is ready to serve.

Indian Masala Chai (Tea) is one of the most popular beverages which one can find in all over India. No one in India can leave without masala chai. One thing that is common in every Indian is taking masala chai with their breakfast. There are many people in India who likes to drink chai 3-4 times in a day. It gives energy to them to do their work.

Ingredient which make masala chai most popular is the masala which is used to prepare the chai. Masala is prepared from the spices which are regularly used in our kitchen. It is very easy recipe but takes some time to get ready. All spices are needed to be kept at warm place for few days before using them.

It is not necessary to prepare the masala every time you make chai. Just prepare it in bulk and store it in a jar. It has a long shelf life.

Ingredients –

  1. Black Pepper Corn (Kali Mirchi) – 100 Gms.
  2. Cloves (Laung) – 50 Gms.
  3. Cardamom (Elaichi) – 100 Gms.
  4. Dried Ginger (Saunth) – 100 Gms.
  5. Cinnamon (Dalchini) – 50 Gms.

Instructions –

  1. Break saunth into pieces with the help of mortar and pestle.
  2. Mix all spices and keep them at warm place for 2 days.
  3. After 2 days, grind all spices in small batches.
  4. Pass the grounded powder through sieve.
  5. Grind leftover pieces and pass them through sieve again.
  6. Repeat the procedure again if pieces are left till fine powder is ready.
  7. Chai Masala is ready.
